The mail system is still a bit slow.  We are just 
exiting an extremely busy time of the year.  It 
is indeed possible that the payment may not even 
have arrived yet.  I am in that boat currently, 
as a payment I sent overseas at about the same 
time has not arrived yet.  

So I say, give it some time.  And Mangaya is 
pretty trustworthy.  Just not the fastest>_<  I 
think that really is a trait of us Americans.  We 
do things quickly, and expect things to be done 
quickly.
