One of the things that I found was that being
exposed to cold, dry air for a short period of
time will help loosen it and help separate stuck
items. It seems to work better on stuck layers,
but I've had a certain degree of success for
stuck sketches, too. For some odd reason, MKR
cels seem to unstick the most readily, then
Studio Pierrot's cels, and then SM. Perhaps
there's something different from the different
studios... but I did notice that cels from
certain series/studios tended to have different
results. Don't know anything about Dragonball, or
who puts it out...

You don't want to put it in cold, damp air-- you
want to keep it dry. And don't try and freeze
your cel, either. ^_^;; What I did was put mine
out in my car's trunk, overnight, when the
temperatures were chilly but not ten-feet-of-snow
kind of cold. *is in TX*

The next day, I brought it indoors, and began to
try and separate it. I think the temperature
changes had some effect on it, because they
separated very easily. Of course, you have to
take it slowly no matter what, and be very, very
gentle. But I sincerely think that the
temperature change helped. It all depends on how
much area you have stuck.

And sometimes, you just have to accept that stuck
is stuck. ^_^
