Pocket isn't a ripoff, but thier customer service 
sucks.  A few months lag time to send a cel is 
screwed up.  Not answering e-mails either is 
unacceptable.  If they were any other type of 
business they would be closed by now with those 
crappy business practices.  Just shows you what 
cel collectors are willing to go through to get 
thier valuable goodies.
