I just saw the new cel up for grabs through the 
Cels.org lottery, and thought I'd ID it in case 
anyone was interested:

Tiffa Adill from "After War Gundam X" from one of 
the final scenes from Episode 19; "I Feel Like 
I'm Dreaming" (speaking Lucilu Lilliant's 
farewell). Pretty cel, and touching, if you liked 
Jamil (which unfortunately I did not).
