AN eyecatch cel is a cel from a short sequence 
that you see before (and sometimes after) a 
commercial break.  ^_^

I think there is another type of eyecatch, but I 
don't know how best to describe it.  Someone here 
can probably describe it better.  ^^;

Here is an example of one from Hana Yori Dango.
