I also think that some cel prices for sailor moon 
cels have dropped in price a lot! Where before it 
might have sold for well over $200 now, $200 is a 
good price if you can get it.  Cels that I've 
bought for $350 people are now offering me $150 
for.

Like she said though, its  a nice cel!
