I've gotten a few off of Yahoo Japan, Anime World
Star, Taro and Mandarake LA. I've also seen a few
NICE ones on eBay. They don't appear often, but
they are out there! Perhaps you could try
emailing Mandarake LA or keep an eye on YJ.
