I'll be shipping my first framed cel soon. It was 
custom matted and framed. I'm worried that the 
glass could break during shipping and damage the 
cel. (syrofoam peanuts & bubble wrap can only do 
so much) Here's the big question...would taking 
it out of the frame be safer, or should I let my 
buyer decide?
