Copyrighted means that certain company has the 
rights of copying. They are the only ones who can 
generate income from the copyright (unless they 
give or sell you permission). They own the idea 
or image, and any profits made from it.

 You could make a t-shirt or poster just don't 
try and sell it without permission. I could 
resell an animation cel, I just couldn't make 100 
copies and sell them to make a profit for myself.
