It'll take a little while for "cels.org" to 
properly display the correct update times of the 
sites in the Keep-Track portion.  Right now, any 
sites that have been updated since "cels.org" 
went down are being listed as new updates.

So I'll do this human Keep-Track thing one more 
time.  There really has only been one site which 
has updated in the past 24 hours.  Hope it helps!

If you want to know about the past updates 
(especially exactly when sites were made) I 
posted, just go to the search engine on the 
bottom of the forum page and type "human keep-
track" in the TITLE field.  Or you could just 
comb through all the sites "cels.org" is listing 
right now.
