So i have a competitor huh?  I like keroppi too & 
would like a cel of him.  Also i like Bad Badtz 
Maru..  they are kinda funny.  I have a keroppi 
wall light.  It is a 3D keroppi face which lights 
up when u push it... was a pressie... but my 
friends broke it when they got a bit carried 
away.. lol

Well i don't think the anime is digitally drawn 
so there must be cels somewhere... & since sanrio 
is all about merchandising.. if there are they 
will be sold somewhere...
