www.yoursite.com was the best deal I found.  
They'll give you 6gigs of transfer a month, and 
50 mb of space... and lots of other stuff too for 
$5.00 a month.  but to register your domain name 
it's $20 a year, so the montly goes up to $6.66 a 
month, which is still extremely cheap.  I haven't 
regretted leaving geocities yet... (and I was 
also doing the two-sites linked together bit)
