I haven't seen anything new on Galaxy's site in a 
while. . . But the way to tell is when you're 
looking at the cel list - see the blank space to 
the left of each columm of anime titles? If there 
is an update, a notation is put there. (Can't 
remember if it says "new" or "up" or what, but 
I'm sure you get the idea.)
