Hi, I'm a newbie to cel collecting. I was looking 
through some cel galleries and there were some 
comments that OVA cels are not as valuable as TV 
cels (or is it the other way round?? Please 
correct me if I'm wrong). What is the reason for 
this difference? If there's a TV cel and OVA cel 
of the same character from a relatively similar 
profile e.g. an FY character,what will the 
average price difference be?
