The basic water trick is to *lightly* dampen the 
areas of the sketch that are stuck to the cel.  I 
personally will dip my finger in some water and 
then lightly rub the stuck area.

Make sure to let the water soak in so that it can 
do its work.  (Takes maybe a minute or so.)
