It's official, this cel has officially risen to 
become the favorite in my gallery(sorry Gene). I 
just got this background in today from Moonshine 
cels and it is simply amazing. Amy, you are a 
true artist^_^ The background is actually three 
layers: one watercolor and two cels. It's just 
too awesome.
