If you live inside of Funimation's license, or 
your host is inside of that license, then they 
can ask you credit them as the license holder in 
your area.  I don't think they would act on a cel 
gallery, but I think they could as you are 
displaying an image of a charecter that is 
copyrighted/licensed/whatever.  Assuming this is 
a real email (Check the headers... perhaps it 
isn't), it's simple to add a "license held by : 
Funimation" to the bottom of the gallery.  I'm 
surprised that funimation would do this, since 
cels are really the least of their troubles I 
would think.  Of course, this is just my 
opinion...
