Is that the case dealing directly with the 
register, or the ISP? Because I thought the 
problem for Usagi's House is that they were 
registerd through their ISP, and that their ISP 
failed to notify them (which has been known to 
happen)...because one would think otherwise it 
wouldn't be such a rampant problem...
