Legally, I think ebay can't do sh*t if the person 
is sending personal e-mail messages to my e-mail 
account where e-bay is never even cc'd or 
moderating.  If someone sends me an e-mail 
message, I can post it wherever I want.  This 
person sounds about 12 and has no clue what he's 
doing.
