If someone's going to have an auction, or sell a 
cel on their site, I like for them to tell me how 
much they're wanting for that cel. I dislike 
having to play psychic. ;o)

Yes, it all boils down to how much is that cel 
worth to *me*, irrelevant of whether or not 
that's what the seller thinks it's worth. 
However, if I see a group of cels that are worth 
about $30-$45, fair market value, and make an 
offer towards the top of that--- and then 
discover that the seller wants to get $90-$120 
for them, I kind of come away feeling that I've 
wasted both our time. ;o) And that's happened 
before.

So I like it best when people are up-front about 
what kind of range they're looking to sell their 
cel at. :o)
