Okay, so any given cel has a letter/number 
combination, usually in the upper right corner.  
Some cels also have what *I* been calling the 
timing number, though I'm not sure where I picked 
that term up from.  All the ones I have are in a 
three number-three number format.  I had thought 
that these indicated exactly where in the scene 
the cel appears, but I now have two cels from the 
same scene with the same "timing" numbers, but 
they don't appear at the same moment.  So now I'm 
all confoozled.  Can anyone clear up what these 
additional numbers might indicate?
