It's Keith Anyan, everyone's favorite cyborg! 
This cel is 22 years old,from Toward the Terra, 
animated by Toei of all people, and still kickin' 
it in better condition that a few of my SM cels.

I actually ordered him quite a bit ago, but he 
just recently arrived...with the packaged opened 
on the side (and not just "fallen" open, it was 
taped and it's quite obvious it was cut open) and 
no attempt to reseal...I'm just glad Keith didn't 
slip out ;_; What were you doing to him, you 
nasty postal employees, you? ::shakes fist at 
them::
