Now, we're all online here, which is open to the 
world. Chances are that this one incident isn't 
going to ruin it for everyone. I'm sure that 
there are plenty of cel collectors in japan that 
know about "those silly americans and thier 
deputy service". I'm sure there is a reason that 
we NEVER see some cels for sale on YJ. 

I agree with shawnna that it should go to whoever 
pays, but apparently not everyone thinks that 
way. 

I wouldn't worry too much about it, this is one 
seller, who MAY OR MAY NOT know that the winning 
ID is a "service" or not. And I also doubt that 
this person knows every single cel collector in 
all of Japan. :-/

Sorry to hear that it was a dream cel though, 
that is a real bummer :(
