I've no idea what they're like in real life, of 
course, but my experience with them on YJ was a 
nightmare. And I wasn't even the one going through 
the actual hassle... That was poor Drac, who was 
obtaining a cel on my behalf. 

The emails bounced constantly, so finally Drac put 
up messages to the seller on a *web page* and left 
neutral feedback giving the URL. She had to do 
this every time a message needed to be sent, since 
he/she/it never did bother to give us an email 
address that wouldn't bounce. Then we waited eons, 
and eons, and eventually gave up on ever getting 
the cel. Ages later it finally showed up, and to 
this day both Drac and I consider it a miracle 
that we actually managed to lay hands on the cel.

I'll let Drac add on details, since I believe she 
spoke with some others about the seller while this 
nightmare was going on. I avoid this person like 
the plague now, no matter what cels they have on 
offer.

On the upside, I did love the cel I got. ^_^
