No wonder people ask you extra questions- I have 
collected anime cels for years, I have NEVER heard 
of a "cleanup drawing". (I don't buy American 
cels)Anime collectors call them dougas, that term 
is instantly recognizable. No one I've ever met, 
even in America uses American terms on Japanese 
anime. I've also never met anyone that threw away 
their dougas.
