I'd probably do both B and C. A partial refund is
probably what I'd go for. If you get it, you can
take the money you got back and use it as a down
payment to restoring it.

And despite popular concensus, there ARE people
who don't mind a quality restore to a damaged
cel. I know that if the cel was a dream cel of
mine, and I had known it was restored (and was
done well), I wouldn't mind one whit as to
whether it was restored. It looks good now, I'd
love it, end of story.

As for restoring cels, well, according to some of
this board, my Tasuki cel is already horribly
disfigured because of the autograph. How much
more damage could it do to the cel to get the
faded lines fixed? =P Doesn't matter to me what
anyone thinks. I absolutely LOVE this cel... and
seeing it pristine would make my day. If you DO
get your cel fixed, let me know what kind of job
they do. If they did a stellar job, I'd consider
sending my Tasuki to get his lines touched up.
I'd like to know from someone who has seen their
work before investing. ~_^
