The silly thing about some of those "new arrival" 
cels, though, is that they've said that for the 
last four or five updates.  *grin*  Meanwhile, the 
cels I picked up this morning weren't labeled like 
that, but I'd never seen them before.

I have a feeling that Animaxis has a vast quantity 
of cel-shaped goodies stored away in their 
warehouse or something, and they only list 
something as "new arrival" if they recently 
purchased it, but not if it's been sitting around 
for months and never got posted.

'Cause lord knows, if this lady (the afore- 
mentioned Miss Rah cel) had been offered 
for sale once before, there's no way she'd have 
lasted long enough to be taken down and then 
posted again later... ^_~
