I'm not any sort of expert, but I would guess it's 
OVA.  Whenever I see OVA shots of Deedlit, 
she has the brown/tan tied on arm guards like in 
that cel.  Whenever I see TV Deedlit, she has 
tighter fitting blue arm guards.  (Lodoss Island 
Deedlit has brown/tan tied on arm guards but... 
no one's mistaking that version of Deedlit for 
anything else.)  I have not seen the entire 
Lodoss TV series though so I don't know if TV 
Deedlit changes her arm guards later on.  
Anyone know?
