The characters is one of the ninja side-kicks of 
the main (bad ass) character Jubei.
The scene occurs (I think) during the first half 
of the second episode of this 2 part OVA (which I 
may add is unfinished).
I can't at the moment remember his name but he's 
just finished a training bout for the amusement 
of the Jubei and the rest of his mates.
