I asked this question a couple days ago, but 
didn't really address any experts of this 
series...  My first guess as to which anime this 
cel was from was Akihabara, but since I've never 
seen it before, it's really nothing more than a 
guess.  Would you guys be able to give me a 
positive yes or no on this cel?  And if this 
ISN'T from Akihabara...  Any ideas what it's 
from???  haha  Thanks so much!!  =D
