I saw this at another board and haven't seen it 
on this one.  I thought it was interesting:

If you could make a Justice League or Avengers 
type group of anime heroes (or villains), who 
would you choose and why? And, to make it cell 
related, post a good cel of one of the characters 
if you have one.

My pics:
1. Vash the Stampede (Trigun)--The greatest 
gunman in the universe.  The only problem is that 
thing he has against killing anyone for any 
reason, which could be solved with my next choice:

2. I'z chan/Great will of the Grand Universe 
(Excel Saga)--Asside from being the physical 
manifestation of the will of the universe, she 
can resurect people.  Vash would probobly like 
her.

3. Haruko (FLCL)--Because she's cool.(I never 
said these had to be good reasons)

4. Ed (Cowboy Bebop)--There are always times 
where you need a hacker.

5. Lina Inverse (Slayers)--A powerful magic user 
and a natural leader.

6. Lupin III (Lupin III, Castle of Cagliostro)--
Capable of genious plans and an excelent thief.

7. Nabeshin (Excel Saga)--He always seems to know 
someone importent to the plot, and he has an afro!

8. Menchi (Excel Saga)--Surprising noone, she 
would be the emergency food supply.

9. Ein (Cowboy Bebop)--To get along with Ed and 
Menchi.

10 Cast of Love Hina (Love Hina)--Cannon fodder
(ala Star Trek's red shirts).

11 Ranma Saotome (Ranma 1/2)--3 reasons: 1. He 
has martial Arts skills. 2. to make things more 
interesting. 3. Because the only cel I have is of 
him(err...her).
