Hi there I'm not so sure its from the OVA series 
at all. looking at ryokos nose helps to point in 
the derection of Tenchi In Tokyo series. I know 
exactly what scene your talking about when you 
say you think its from when ryoko is about to 
kill tenchi but I have looked at that scene 
countless times drawing it but never remember 
Ryoko looking to the left.
