This harmony cel is also from the Tenchi Movie 2 
and it's a watercolor painting on background 
stock. Harmony cels are really incredible in 
person and they are incredibly rare as well. Like 
mouse said, if you find one available, grab it 
because it won't stay for sale for long. But be 
prepared to pay a pretty penny for it.
