Animate carries some cels..they are somewhere 
around Melrose I think..ya can check their 
website.
Kinokuniya have tons of cels in celbooks you can 
check out if you ask them at the front counter, 
they are located in Little Tokyo. But they are 
very overpriced
Thats the only two I can think of right 
now....but Im sure there are more
