not only am I pro buying any cel you like 
regardless if you have seen the show or not. But 
I have actually found some of my favourite anime 
series/movies though buying a cel from a series I 
have never seen before, loving the art so much 
that I looked up more info about the series and 
then watching the series for myself.

as for the "buy low, sell high" part to the poll. 
being someone who always loves a bargin I 
personnally have mixed feelings towards it, sure, 
idealy everyone would have all thier dream cels 
and have never paid more then 25 cents for them, 
but we all know that that's never going to 
happen, so looking at it from the perspective 
of "he/she doesn't appreciate the art of cel 
collecting" or anything to that effect really 
doesn't hold it's case well. but look at it this 
way, if people/shops didn't "buy low, sell high" 
they wouldn't make any profit, and places like 
Animanga, Usagi's House, or any other place that 
sells cels wouldn't be able to afford the 
dedication of time and resources they currently 
dedicate in bringing good quality cels into the 
general Market place thusly allowing people like 
us, who can't nessisarly afford to hop on a plane 
to japan and buy directly from the studio's, to 
buy cels.
