The first, Bison and Ryu are from Street Fighter 
2 the Animated movie.  

The second it's either Street Fighter V or Street 
fighter alpha.  I haven't seen much of any of 
those two so I can't say which, the same with 
vega.  The detail on vega doesn't look as high 
quality as the movie.  Another way to tell, ask 
the size of the cel.   The movie cels were much 
much larger than normal sized cels.
