I know there have been others like it on e-bay 
and its a promotional cel but it doesn't seem 
like the person selling it is willing to say 
that. He calls it a movie cel. Do people consider 
this misleading or do you think its o.k.?         
Cel collectors should know better but novice 
collectors might believe otherwise.
