Your  way is amazingly fair. I have a PayPal 
account, but it's not a business account. i 
simply don't use it that much. It's not worth it 
at all. I think if you are a business and want to 
use Paypals' services, then fork over the fees. 
If I were a business and had enough volume to 
justify it, I would pay the fee as well.

I think it depends on your use of Paypal. Back 
when I was a hardcore anime merchandise 
collector, I used it to buy and sell; selling 
stuff simply replenished my balance to buy more 
stuff. And to be honest, I was 10x more likely to 
bid if someone accepted PayPal. Truth is, it 
helps me keep my hobby spending in check. THough 
I dunno how that's going to happen - I am on the 
serious hunt for Marmalade Boy and Slayers cels. 
And I know a nice Zelgadis is going to cost me a 
pretty penny...as well as a cute Lina (I've only 
seen the first 4 episodes!)
