I speak no French, but when I went to the store 
in March, the shop keeper who speaks very little 
English, indicated that the store and the cel 
business are 2 seperate entities and that all cel 
inquiries should be done on the Internet only. 

The shop itself seems to be doing very well. Some 
other foreign guy (non English and non French 
speaking) bought tons of stuff from them. And 
there were other customers in there as well.
