Seri-cels are a dime a dozen. As to the 
signature, if you read the recent thread about 
signatures on cels you saw that there are 
differing opinions on this. I don't think Matt 
Miller's signature, even if he really signed it 
as opposed to mass produced prints, makes much 
difference to the value of the seri-cel.
