I don't collect DBZ, but I do paint fancels, 
mostly for my own enjoyment. :o)

It's not very likely that a fancel artist would 
paint two cels-- let alone four-- of the exact 
same sequence. It's also unlikely that they would 
mispaint an area and do a correction layer for 
it... I've scrapped projects before, just because 
of color issues. It's even more unlikely that 
they'd paint four very-similar cels and not catch 
on that they were mispainting the area before it 
was too late. *cough* Obviously, *someone* did... 
but if I was a fancel artist and trying to pass 
my work off as production, I'd make sure it was 
perfect. ;o)

So given the two choices, I think I would assume 
that Mis' cels are genuine, and the status of 
bengus' is up in the air. I seem to remember that 
his particular ID has been brought up in the 
past, though, regarding the selling of 
questionable cels. :o)
