I couldn't spot the cel either.  The cel was 
probably going to be used for a snippet of spikes 
reaction after the shop owner tells him where to 
find the pet store, then wound up on the cutting 
room floor.  : - (   I would hazard to say it is 
real, and buying it or not just depends on 
weather you want a cel that is actually seen or 
not.  ^_^
