Yes! Sean, I was thinking the same thing when I 
bought saw it. There was no mistake that it was 
Toriyama's work. It is was so obvious, but 
bizarre at the same time. It was strange for me 
too, to see a character that looked like 
a "fusion" of the characters that you mentioned, 
(especially Freezer/Cell from DBZ) and to see 
that he was the "good-guy" ^-^. Plus the fact 
that the cel itself is really cool with the B 
layer shattered-glass cel effect cel.
