This is Mio Hagiwara from Handsome na Kanojou
(Handsome Girl).  I'm still trying to find a copy 
of this.  The famed creator of Marmalade Boy also 
created this 9-volume mange turned into a 1-shot 
OVA.

I'm also trying to figure out what this hanken 
was used for?!?!  Poster? CD? Video?!?! O_o!!! If 
anyone knows...Please fill me in...I've looked 
all over the net, but have yet to have any 
luck ;_;!

Well....Enjoy her....I'll be getting her framed 
after if return from AX this year...That is...If 
my fellow cel collectors going want to see her =}
