Chichiri and Tasuki cels are possible to get 
under $100, just not on ebay or through 'offer 
only' deals, as they much recentely have been. 
I'd keep your eye on good dealers such as Asylum 
Anime, Anime Chaos, and Hobby Shop K, as their FY 
prices are still fairly reasonable. Sorry, I 
don't know of anywhere for any currently for sale.

All 3 of my maskless Chichiri's cost $120 or less 
(2 being under $100, one is shown below), so it 
is possible to find them. You just have to catch 
an update on time and be quick.
