I have a bit of a problem. I recently got a cel 
off ebay. a wonderful Trigun cel shown below. 
Only problem is that it's oversized, and boy it 
is oversized. My cel binder can hold a maximum of 
14.5 Inch X 11, but this cel is 15 X 13. any 
ideas on how to store it?  or am I basicly 
limited to keeping it loose on the inside cover 
of the binder? any help would be apperciated.
