FOR LINA/KATIE - Some info you may find useful... :) (Fri Feb 15 18:46:59 2002 )

As some other folks here have already pointed out,
the main problem lies in an essential language
barrier. It's difficult for a non-native-reader
to distinguish the subtleties of emotional text,
particularly in English, which is such a wordy and
vague language compared to many others.

When writing in future, I'd advise keeping your
queries as concise as possible, avoid emotional
text, which can be confusing, and definitely keep
track of all auction URLs that you've bid on,
since that makes the whole tracking process
infinitely easier.

In this case, I did some research for you, and
luckily managed to find the auction URL for your
keychains (it's a good thing you put "Sailor Moon"
in the text of your request, or I'd still be
searching through the archives):

http://page4.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/d1318
1266

When you write back to Keigo, or to Hyla, please
give them this URL. Given that Celga processes
over 1000 successful auctions a month, you can
imagine how tough it would be to find a single
order without the URL... **grin**

In addition, and I don't mean this as a rebuke,
this could have been easily resolved without a
public post to the forum. The Celga mailbox is
always open, as is mine -- and we eat shipping
queries for breakfast. Just keep your email as
simple as possible, and it won't matter who
answers or how long they've been speaking English.
 ^_^ We're here to help!
