Look at the description where it says the 
girls "look like Naru Narusegawes and Shinobu 
Maehara", indicating the seller doesn't know for 
sure that this is a cel from Love Hina. This is a 
good example showing where it's important to read 
more than the title. I'd also venture to say that 
those two girls do not look like Naru or Shinobu.
