I think fokker and I must've read the same post 
or something.  A long time ago, I placed an order 
for a photo cloth and the cleaner from chroma 
color.  The cleaner is just an anti-static spray 
and that's all it does.  The bottle says 
something about resisting fingerprints, but it 
doesn't help much on fingerprints already on a 
cel.

The photo cloth I received works great for 
removing dust particles and that's about it.  I 
didn't notice a change in the cloudiness of a cel 
before and after using the photo cloth, even with 
adequate pressure.  And no, wetting the photo 
cloth with the anti-static spray won't do 
anything either.  I just use the cloth to wipe 
off excess dust before scanning.

I don't even know why I haven't bothered to throw 
away the anti-static cleaner yet.  It's kinda 
worthless for anime cels.
