An incredibly honest Evilminion did some research 
on my two Tenchi cels (where he's all tied up) 
and told me that they were from the OVA, where 
he's being examined by Washu.  Here's a quote 
from the email explaining the scene ...
"It's not long after they [Washu and Tenchi] 
return from the big battle with Kagato, and she's 
trying to figure out how he could summon the 
Lighthawk wings.  'Course, in the process, she
strips him nearly nekkid."  Anyway, I have two 
from the same sequence and they're up for offer.
